Tariff and Reservations

Tariff

All of our accommodations are reasonably priced, starting from £75 pounds for an en suite B&B double/twin room and £100 pounds per night for a two-bedroom self-catering house or apartment. Contact us with dates and details (number of guests, length of stay, accommodation type required, etc.), and we will be pleased to quote you a price. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for self-catering accommodation.

Reservations:

We need full credit/debit card details (16-digit number, expiry date and security code) to guarantee a reservation. For security reasons it is preferable to send these by phone or Skype. A deposit or advance payment is not required. Where reservations are made over 6 months in advance, guests should reconfirm closer to their arrival date.

 

Payment

We accept the following means of payment:

Credit/debit cards (except American Express); Bank transfer; Sterling cheques drawn on a British bank; Euro cheques drawn on an Irish bank; Cash (pounds sterling; Euros; US dollars).

 

Cancellation

A cancellation charge will not be applied provided we get 10 days' advance notice for B&B reservations and 28 days' notice for self-catering reservations.

 

Arrival and Check-Out Times

We prefer guests to arrive between 12 noon and 8pm and would appreciate advance notice if this is not feasible. Arrival between 5pm and 7pm is advisable for those coming by car as it is usually easier to find a parking space. Unless otherwise agreed, guests should check in at the Saddler’s House, 36 Great James Street, or phone us at 028 71269691 on arrival in Derry. Check-out time is 11am.

 

Annual Holiday Closure

We may be closed for holidays, maintenance and refurbishment between the months of December and February. Please check with us beforehand.
