TARIFF FOR BED AND BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION

SADDLER’S  HOUSE
Double/twin ensuite room: £60-£75 per night. This is the total room cost for two people, including breakfast.
Single occupancy of a double/twin ensuite room: £55-£70 per night, inclusive of breakfast.
Single standard small room (own bathroom outside bedroom): £40-£55 per night, with breakfast.

MERCHANT’S  HOUSE
Double/Twin ensuite room: £65-£80 per night. This is the total for two people, including breakfast.
Single occupancy of a double/twin ensuite room: £60-£75 per night, inclusive of breakfast.
Single standard room (shared bathroom): £40-£55 per night, with breakfast.
Triple ensuite room (one double bed and one single bed): £90-£110 per night, with breakfast.
 Large ensuite family room, with its own adjoining small kitchen: (two double beds plus one pullout trundle bed) sleeps 4-5 persons: £100-£135, including breakfast.
A discounted rate may be offered for stays over 1 week, for large groups, or during winter months (November-February).

TARIFF FOR SELF-CATERING/VACATION RENTAL ACCOMMODATION.

Note: Weekly rental prices include heating, gas, electricity and linen/towels, as well as free Wi-Fi access. A reduced tariff may be offered for stays longer than one week. The minimum period of stay is 2 nights. Guideline rates for stays of 2-6 nights are included here and are subject to change at short notice. These tariffs are based on 4 persons sharing in the case of Crawford Apartment, 5 in the Pump House Apartments and Cathedral Cottage, and 8 in the case of Darcus Cottage. An additional charge will be made where these numbers are exceeded. A cot and high chair are available on request at all properties.

Weekly Rental: £450-£600.

PUMP  HOUSE  APARTMENTS 
Three self-contained two-bedroom apartments, each with a double and a twin/triple bedroom, accommodating 4-5 people.
2 nights £240; 3 nights £300; 4 nights £370; 5 nights £440; 6 nights £500. 
Weekly Rental: £500-£800

CATHEDRAL  COTTAGE (2 bedrooms, sleeps 5)

DARCUS COTTAGE (4 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8)
