Crawford Apartment is the ideal base from which to explore nearby Donegal, (Donegal Town is one hour’s driving time and Sligo two hours away). The Giant’s Causeway and the Sperrin Mountains are an hour to an hour and a half’s driving distance. Buses to Belfast go every half hour (ninety minutes journey time) and Derry Airport is fifteen minutes driving distance from Crawford Apartment.
Restaurants, cafes and shops are all within walking distance. The University of Ulster's Magee Campus, the new Millennium Forum Theatre and Conference Centre, the city walls, and St Columb’s Cathedral are all situated nearby.
